The objectives of this study are: to examine whether employee involvement in decision making has a positive impact on job performance and organizational productivity, to evaluate whether employee involvement in decision making improves their performance and to assess the significant relationship between employee involvement in decision making and job satisfaction. The researcher used survey method of research design is the most commonly used when dealing with human beings. Questionnaire was adopted as a result of survey method. The population of the study comprises the management and staff and customers of the organization under study and the sample size 127 was determined using Tairo Yamani’s formula. And chi-square method was used to test the statement of the hypothesis earlier formulated. On this note, the findings revealed that workers' participation in decision making has a positive impact on employee performance and organizational productivity.
