The problem of dismissed cadets returning to the Academy illegally; is commonly done by manipulating their documents and identity. This study is aimed at developing an electronic system that will capture the biometric data of a cadet who has already been in the academy and either committed a crime such as going on AWOL, being dismissed and other related crimes. The implementation of the new system was done using MySQL to develop the database which allows easy retrieval of information, PHP for the backend, HTML/CSS for the frontend.
