Findings are based on the data collected through the questionnaire observation. The findings revealed the numerous information communication technologies in use and how they are used. Findings also showed that these information communication technologies have enhanced information dissemination in special libraries. Many people are now information conscious and patronize their special libraries on a regular basis. Factors militating against the effective use of information and communication technologies such as poor funding, power failure, insufficient number of professional staff, and poor housing conditions of the gadgets were also found.
