It informed the health officers on the practice of menstrual hygiene by some students in the school. Among the objectives is to determine the existing level of knowledge of female adolescents in St. Anthony senior secondary school on menstrual hygiene and to to assess the level of practice of menstrual hygiene among female adolescents St.Anthony senior secondary school. Furthermore, it to identify the factors influencing the practice of menstrual hygiene among female adolescents in St. Anthony senior secondary school. Many medical and allied literatures were reviewed to develop more facts for the project work. This research use descriptive survey to sample students related to the study in St. Anthony Senior Secondary School. Questionnaire is the instrument used to gather and analyze the data, Data was collected using questionnaires, in which 88 questionnaires were shared and 88 were also returned. In conclusion, recommendations were made that Adolescents should cultivate the habit of practicing menstrual hygiene using sanitary absorbent materials and safe practices should be ensured when disposing of used sanitary materials (pads).
