It informed the health officers on the understanding of nurses regarding factors affecting the delivery of quality nursing care in the hospital. Among the objectives is to determine the level of knowledge of nurses on Quality Nursing Care at General Hospital, Ilorin and to identify factors affecting the delivery of Quality Nursing Care service among Nurses in General Hospital, Ilorin. Furthermore, to identify ways of improving Quality Nursing Care service delivery among Nurses in General Hospital, Ilorin. Many medical and allied literatures were reviewed to develop more facts for the project work. This research uses descriptive survey to sample nurses at General Hospital, Ilorin. Questionnaire is the instrument used to gather and analyze the data, 133 questionnaires were distributed out of which 121 were retrieved.
