It informed the health officers on the understanding of students regarding COVID-19 vaccine in the school. Among the objectives was to assess the attitude of orthopedic cast technology students towards COVID-19 vaccination, the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital and to determine the influence of information on COVID-19 vaccine uptake. Furthermore, to determine the influence of cultural beliefs on COVID-19 vaccine uptake. Many medical and allied literatures were reviewed to develop more facts for the project work. This research use descriptive survey to sample students of the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital. Questionnaire is the instrument used to gather and analyze the data, 99 questionnaires were distributed out of which 90 were also retrieved. In conclusion, recommendations were made that nurses should encourage society at large on getting vaccinated with the Covid-19 vaccine and also government should create awareness programs that should be carried out by government agencies.
