The main objective of this research is to critically examine problems that may be inherent in the type of leadership style. The method used in collecting data in this research work is the administration of questionnaires and the method used in analyzing the data is the simple presentation which will be expressed in percentages and the chi–square application. The chi–square approach finds out the difference between observer and expected frequencies. From the findings of this research work, there is a need for leadership to coordinate and direct workers' efforts toward achieving management goals and objectives.
