Abstract
This project titled  “Communication as an integral part of office technology and management in human relation function”, is aimed at pointing out the impact of communication on office managers in an organization and also to examine the impact of communication to office managers in the discharge of their human relation functions. The theoretical basis of the study was obtained through a review of related literature. The population and sample size of the study were 20, 50 and respectively while the instrument used for the collection of data was questionnaire which was analyzed using a simple percentage based on the findings. It was observed that there are communication barriers such as information overload, lack of planning, semantic, distortions, and poorly expressed messages. The research is to appraise the prospects of communication as an organization. It also gives recommendations on how to improve the communication process in order to overcome barriers in communication relationships. Finally, the office manager's competence like loyalty and punctuality in handling communication devices. ...
