Being a qualitative study, the social learning theory was adopted and employed to elucidate the research idea. Several concepts such as police brutality, national security and protest were conceptually discussed. The study further sampled the opinions of scholars and institutions to evoke rejoinder to the research questions. The EndSars protest was a chapter focus as the use of social media to cause a political change was discussed as well.
