The study adopted Quasi-experimental design, simple random sampling methods were used. 180 copies of questionnaires were administered to the respondents and retrieved, simple percentage and chi-square (x2) were used as a statistical tool to analyze the research question and hypotheses. The study reveals that there is a significant relationship between employee voice and organizational performance. The study concluded that‘Employee voice is the term increasingly used to cover a whole variety of processes and structures which enable, and sometimes empower employees, directly and indirectly, to contribute to decision-making in the firm.’ Employee voice can be seen as‘the ability of employees to influence the actions of the employer. The degree to which employees have a voice will vary considerably. At one end of the scale, there will be unilateral management and employees will have no voice at all. The study recommends that self-promotion and political motives should make to be relevant in motivating voice behavior, that an employee should make to have time to decide whether, when, and how to communicate an idea or concern, and will often not engage in voice right away and there should be a collective union amongst the employee of an organization towards achieving organizational goals....
