The purpose of this study was to find out“The role of effective communication on the growth of small scale business in Nigeria, a case study of The Delish Nigeria.” To guide this study, three research questions were raised and tested. The design of the study was descriptive design. The samples of the study consisted of 166 samples used in this study. The major findings of the study have shown that effective communication should be highly recommended to every organization in all sectors of the economy. Any management both government establishment and private that is desirous of ensuring the success and efficiency of its workforce should be conscious of implementing effective communication programmes to their employees for better performance. It was finally recommended that All staff should be involved in decisions and issues that affect their performance, for it will lead to organizational development and positive. Every organization endeavors to make effective communication an essential integral part of effective management strategies to help minimize organizational conflict, less misunderstanding, improve information management and cordial relationship between management and the workforce. ...
