This study is to examine the Effects of Modern Office Technology on the Productivity of Office Managers in an Organization, using Dangote Cement Plc, Obajana as a case study. The descriptive survey design was used for the study because it focuses on people, the vital facts of people and their beliefs, options attitudes motivations, and behavior. The introduction of modern office technology is promoting efficiency in all areas of human activities. Individuals, groups and governments all over the world are taking advantage of this to activities of various sectors through the development of new skills. Modern office technology has changed the face of offices and consequently made business environments wear a new look. The result of the study confirmed that modern office equipment plays a vital role in the productivity of employees despite the challenges faced with its implementation in the institution. Modern office equipment allows easy storage and retrieval of information, increases productivity and also gives job satisfaction....
