This project work tries to examine Communication as a Tool for Effective and Efficient Management of a Business Organization. Communication is the bedrock that is used as a tool for social, economic and political interaction to achieve success and goals in any organization. Therefore, effective business transactions are conducted through the exchange of information and messages are received regarding the operation of the business. In fact, effective communication is one of the most important factors governing the relationship that exists in both private and in business life. The descriptive survey design was used for the study because it is one of the least expensive methods of carrying out research and also focuses on people, the vital facts of people and their beliefs, options attitudes motivations and behavior. The findings concluded that communication plays a vital role in an organization, and also, owners of business organizations need to really work hard to overcome most of the communication problems. ...
