The objectives of this research are to establish a relationship between working capital management and the performance of business organizations, and equally to know the impact of working capital management on organization performance. The researcher used primary and secondary sources of data to obtain all the data, for this research, while the chi-square method or techniques is employed for the presentation of data, analysis of data and the testing of the hypothesis respectively. It was discovered that working capital management has an impact on the performance of organizations like the Kogi State Water Board.
