The first chapter talk about the introduction, statement of problem, aim and objectives, research question scope and significance of the study, chapter two talks about the literature review by accredited scholars related to the research work, chapter three method of data use in gathering information for the researcher chapter four talk about data analysis and summary of findings and discussion and chapter five talk about the summary, conclusion, recommendation, references and appendix. The result confirmed the importance of any method of valuation as the most effective and efficient in the evidence that the property is not moving at a loss.
