Abstract
Research cannot be undertaken until there is a problem situation that requires a solution that cuts across all processes of life. The study was purely academic it might sometimes be implemented if well undertaken. The rate of occurrence of road accidents is becoming an issue of concern. Accidents have claimed more lives than HIV/AIDS, it led to premature deaths.  Poor road intersection and junction. To commend physical planning proposal that will ensure efficiency maneuvers at the junctions. Methodology: - is the systematic theoretical analysis of the methods applied to a field of study. It comprises the theoretical analysis of the body of methods and principles associated with the branch of knowledge. A methodology does not set out to solution, it is therefore not the same thing as a method. Instead, if after the theoretical underpinning for understanding which method, set of methods, or so-called“best practices can be applied to a specific case, for example, to calculate a specific result. This is where all the data collected are analyzed and presented in various forms ranging from tables, graphs, charts and pictures. These data come from the questionnaire administration, interview, personal observation, and documented data which will be presented and proposals made based on the findings. The main aim of the study is for efficient movement and safety. To achieve this planning design, operation, administration and maintenance is imperative in line with this, it is important to make useful suggestions to bring about sanity on the use of the road by the cyclists and pedestrians in term of conflict and parking problems. ...
