The study is to know how patient's health information was handled and managed among health care professionals in three selected private hospitals. This study finds out the health records keeping method used for quality patient's health records and healthcare services in hospitals and to find out how patient's information, its confidentiality and safety are being managed to ensure the quality of healthcare services in the three selected hospitals in the local government area The target population under study are thirty-nine (39) workers in the three (3) selected private hospitals in the Local Government Area. Complete enumeration sampling techniques was adopted in the study to select the thirty-nine (39) healthcare workers in the three selected hospitals. Thirty-nine questionnaires were distributed while thirty-eight were retrieved for analysis. Result shows that almost all the Participants 35 (92.0%) strongly agreed that patient's health information was carefully taken care of without altering an entry or disguising an addition in their healthcare information. It was revealed that all the participants 38 (100%) strongly agreed that they include details of the patients’ date and time in their health records book.
