Abstract
This study investigated the Collaboration Skills Required of Lecturers in the School of Business and Management Technology with particular reference to Federal Polytechnic Bali. The specific purpose identifies the key Collaboration Skills Required of Lecturers for Effective Performance. Three research questions guided the study. The study will be of great benefit and will go a long way to correct the misconception and belief of many Lecturers, organizations and institutions that the collaboration skills required of lecturers in the School of Business and Management Technology in the Polytechnic Bali. The design of the study was a survey research design. The population of the study comprised one hundred and twenty-six (126) lecturers in the School of Business& Management Technology Federal Polytechnic Bali. 26 samples were taken from the total population. The questionnaire was used as an instrument for data collection, and it was presented in tabular form. Simple arithmetic mean was used to analyze the data obtained using a four-point rating scale. The researcher came up with the following findings: Ability to disseminate information to the team accurately written communication to members must be in a friendly tone, avoiding the tendency of misunderstanding among the team, Collaborative intended plans clearly on“What are the collaborative skills required for lecturers teamwork in Federal Polytechnic, Bali and recommended that Organizations should encourage teamwork as it boosts organizational productivity, the relationship between the superior offices and other employees should be cordial and government should make provision for capacity building workshop for employees to help in building teamwork in the School of Business& Management....
