The specific purpose identifies the key Collaboration Skills Required of Lecturers for Effective Performance. Three research questions guided the study. The study will be of great benefit and will go a long way to correct the misconception and belief of many Lecturers, organizations and institutions that the collaboration skills required of lecturers in the School of Business and Management Technology in the Polytechnic Bali. The design of the study was a survey research design. The population of the study comprised one hundred and twenty-six (126) lecturers in the School of Business& Management Technology Federal Polytechnic Bali. 26 samples were taken from the total population. The questionnaire was used as an instrument for data collection, and it was presented in tabular form. Simple arithmetic mean was used to analyze the data obtained using a four-point rating scale.
