Data for the work was gathered from both primary and secondary sources. The population under study is 120 of the staff, from which 50 respondents were sampled using simple random sampling techniques. Percentages and tables were used in analyzing the data. The findings among others revealed that modern office equipment has a positive impact on a secretary's performance in an organization.
