The descriptive survey design was used for the study because it focuses on people, the vital facts of people and their beliefs, options attitudes motivations and behavior. In carrying out this research work, 20 respondents were engaged. The secretary is an important personnel and a public relations expert in the business world, and the work in an organization cannot be improved or prosper in the absence of the manager. It is concluded that secretaries are the backbone of any organization, and are also important to the organization because of their ability to remain calm under extraordinary conditions of work pressure and human demand.
