The researcher adopted the survey design data was collected by structured questionnaire in rive point Likert scale format. The sources of data were primary and secondary data sources. The target population or the study comprised 100 staff Coca-Cola company Bali, Branch Taraba State. The sample of 64 was derived from the population. With the application of Trek’s formula for the finite population Key’s proportional allocation method was adopted to determine the allocation method adopted to determine the allocation or questionnaire to the Coca-Cola bottling company Bali, Taraba Stata. Two hypotheses were formulated and tested through regression and correlation at a 0.05 level of significance. The finding revealed that there was a significant relationship between MBO and employees’ commitment. Also, the study found that has effect on employees’ decision input Coca-Cola company recognition that MBO elements are relevant and could be beneficial to business activities. Stray recommended that the management of the Coca-Cola bottling company in Nigeria should apply MBO for improved performance of their operations.
