The purpose of the study is to describe the healthcare delivery system in Nigeria and how the attitude of healthcare providers affects patients. The objectives of the study are to determine the existing evidence suggesting that the negative behaviors of health professionals adversely influence patient outcomes, employed satisfaction, retention and productivity, to study the presence of negative attitudes among healthcare workers and how it affects patients' safety and to evaluate how employees attitude in the hospital affects service quality, patients satisfaction and loyalty in health care organization. This study adopted a descriptive survey design it involves the design and the administration of questionnaires to the medical professionals of the Hospital. Hundred (100) questionnaires were distributed in which all were adequately filled and retrieved. Data collected was analyzed using simple arithmetic percentage.
