The general/major objective of the study is to determine the relationship between welfare packages and increased performance and productivity. The study used the primary and secondary sources of data for the research, which included the questionnaire. The structural questionnaire is the major instrument for data collection. The questionnaire was analyzed with simple percentages. The study revealed that welfare packages increase the performance of the employees and this makes them to bring out their best, thereby helping the organization to achieve its objectives. The researcher concluded that employees engage in specific tasks because of the ultimate reward/benefits they expect. They would not put much effort into the work if they expect to be rewarded approximately. An opportunity to be given a bonus if one performs a good job. It will be seen as a positive incentive, while a threat of losing a job will be considered a negative will be bad if the workers feel cheated and exploited and the zeal to work will be correspondingly reduced. Based on the findings, it was recommended that Sancta Maria management should ensure adequate and prompt payment of salaries to staff to increase productivity. Sancta Maria management should encourage adequate job security to improve staff performance. Sancta Maria management should ensure adequate training and re-training of staff for better productivity.
