The research objectives are to examine the effect of annual leave, sick leave, and casual/compassionate leave on employee satisfaction in Mobile Telecommunication Wuse II, Abuja, Nigeria. A descriptive survey research design was employed for the study. The population for the study was 110 staff of Mobile Telecommunication Network (MTN), Wuse II, Abuja, and the entire population was used as the sample size due to its manageability. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using regression analysis. The findings revealed that annual leave, sick leave, and casual/compassionate leave each have a significant positive effect on employee satisfaction in Mobile Telecommunication Wuse II, Abuja, Nigeria. Based on this, the researcher recommended that management should ensure consistent and timely implementation of leave policies, clearly communicate leave procedures to all staff, and provide emotional and administrative support during leave application and utilization.
