From the result of the analysis, it is therefore concluded that the selection of relevant instructional material, available, and the ability of teachers to improvise all hard significant relationship between teaching and learning social studies. Based on the finding of the study, the following recommendations have been made; The government and the school heads should ensure that instructional materials are available in schools.
