For the purpose of the study, data were collected from five hundred and five (505) SS 1 students, eleven (11) teachers and seven (7) principals in eleven (11) selected secondary schools in Minna Local Government areas of Niger State. Teachers and students in the sampled schools were administered questionnaires. Academic Achievement Test was also administered to the students in the selected schools. Results of the study indicated that an adequate supply of instructional resources have significant effects on students’ academic performance.
