The objectives of the study are: to examine whether customer relation management has a positive impact on banking services, to evaluate the significant relationship between customer relation management and banking services, to access the challenges facing the application of customer relation management on banking services. Data for the research was sourced from primary and secondary data from a population of seven hundred (700) workers and customers, two hundred and twenty-five (225) workers and customers were randomly selected and sampled. The findings revealed that customer relationship management has a positive impact on banking services and there is a relationship between customer relationships and banking services.
