It examines how both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation influences employee performance and productivity, addressing challenges such as bureaucratic constraints, limited financial incentives, and ineffective leadership. Using a sample of 36 employees from a total population of 40, the study employed structured questionnaires and secondary data to analyze the relationship between motivation and productivity. Data analysis, using the chi-square method, revealed that financial incentives, job security, and career development significantly affect motivation levels and productivity.
