Abstract
This project examined the impact of relationship marketing on customer patronage (A case study of Zenith Bank Plc, Mararaba Branch, Nasarawa State, Nigeria. This research work aimed at achieving the following objectives: to examine the impact of commitment, trust and effective communication on customer patronage of Zenith Bank Plc. The population sample for the study is 25 in Zenith Bank Plc, Mararaba Branch, Nasarawa State, Nigeria. A total number 25 of questionnaire was distributed and retuned, regression analysis, ordinary least square (OLS) was used to test the hypothesis and the study find out that commitment has impact on customer patronage of Zenith Bank Plc, trust has no impact on customer patronage of Zenith Bank Plc and effective communication has impact on customer patronage of Zenith Bank Plc. Based on these it therefore recommended that the management of Zenith Bank Plc should promptly address customer concerns and complaints to demonstrate dedication to their satisfaction, the management should ensure that they provide value added services such as financial planning assistance investment advice or insurance offerings to attract customers who prioritize tangible benefits alongside trust and that they management should keep customers informed about any changes in products, services fees or policies promptly.
