Literature was sourced from textbooks, lecture notes, journals, internet sources and other relevant periodicals and publications. Two theoretical frameworks were adopted in this study: Two Factor Theory (Herzberg’s Motivation-Hygiene theory) and Abraham Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. The survey research design (qualitative and quantitative) was adopted for data collection. A total of 397 questionnaires were administered and only 377 questionnaires were retrieved. Statistics such as frequency count and percentages were put to use in the analysis of demographic tables, while analysis of variance was used for test of hypotheses. The affirmed data were coded and entered into the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). From the analysis of the data especially, and the testing of hypothesis it was realized that: Flexible work arrangement has a significant positive effect on employees’ punctuality in Innoson Manufacturing Company Limited Recognition has a positive significant effect on employees’ commitment to take risk in Innoson Manufacturing Company Limited and also there is a significant positive relationship between job autonomy and employees’ efficiency in Innoson Manufacturing Company Limited. Finally, the study found out that flexible working schedules render employees great flexibility in how their jobs are done, creating good morale can help in keeping stress at low levels, and so employees are not only happier but healthier, leading to improved productivity.
