The specific objectives are to examine the relationship between vision clarity and business growth, assess the relationship between resource allocation and business growth, and evaluate the relationship between market analysis and business growth. A descriptive survey research design was adopted with a population of 87. The entire population was used as the sample size due to its manageable size. Primary data were collected using structured questionnaires, with all 87 distributed copies validly completed and returned, yielding a 100% response rate. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis via SPSS Version 28. The findings revealed significant positive relationships between the independent variables and business growth: vision clarity (ß .312, p .001), resource allocation (ß .256, p .010), and market analysis (ß .348, p .000). The model explained 52.4% of the variance in business growth (R² .524, Adjusted R² .507, F 30.172, p .001). All null hypotheses were rejected. The study concludes that effective strategic planning through clear vision, efficient resource allocation, and robust market analysis significantly drives business growth in supermarkets.
