In carrying out the study 92 questionnaires were distributed to employees in the organization, 80 questionnaires were duly completed. The use of stratified sampling techniques was employed to draw sample from various level of staff within the organization’s department, the study also reveal that employee were well trained in the organization and the need of production management could also arise as a result of new product packages and new customers.
