The conventional methods are labor intensive, insecure, costly, error-prone and cannot ensure that the inventory remains up-to-date due to oversight and internal shrinkage. The objective is to design a software that will efficiently and efficiently handle the movement and tracking of goods in Rock view hotel. The tools used were HTML, CSS, PHP, and MYSQL because it is a web-based system and because of their features for a web-based application. However, the fact-finding techniques employed is interview, observation, online and library research.
