The current process of learning is being done manually and due to this procedure, the learning process is slow and not encouraging. An Android app will be developed to computerized the manual way of learning in order to check this problem. The problems were identified after series of interviews and examination of documents after which analysis was made and a computerized procedure recommended. This work also aims to use mobile phones and other handheld devices as e-learning pedagogical tools in order to enhance technology-enabled interactive learning. This project work made use of data collected from the university, materials, and journals from various authors and an Android application was developed to effectively achieve the aims of this project. The new system was designed using Extended Markup Language (XML), Java, and SDK.
