Quality control is basically a modern management philosophy, which emphasizes continuous improvement in quality of product, and services as a sure way to keep customers satisfied or better save most time. This management concept holds that continuous improvement in product quality is a total commitment of all the sub-limits that make up an individual or as a member of a team. Quality control emphasizes as business or a narrow as two or three people working together in a department. Working team brings benefits to the organization and maximizes the use of skills resulting in better decisions to make quality control programme effective, top management must be involved. That is to say that the responsibility for developing people become committed to quality control rest with all managers. The managers must provide vision reinforce values, emphasize quality set goals and deeply resources for the quality programme. This includes understanding and agreeing with the requirement of the job knowing how to do the job and why it is being done, having necessary materials, tools, and information.
