The impact of effective personnel management policy on workers’ productivity” a case study of international equitable association, Abia State. The study shows how the worker's productivity affect their level of performances. Except an employee is given some initiative like compensation training and motivation. The level of performance of an employee is determined by how much he or she is motivated. If, on the contrary, he or she will resort the following: Poor attitude to work, poor performance, and ingeniousness. This has posed a limitation to the level of productivity by the employees which motivated the researcher to use both primary and secondary data in carrying out the research. Questionnaires were designed and administered to some employees.
