The major objective of the study is to access loan strategies in microfinance bank. The study employed the use of the questionnaire in gathering data from the staff. The population and sample size of the study were 20. Chi-square was used to analyze the data from the study through the statistical package for social science (S.P.SS). It was discovered that strategies of loan recovery have a significant effect on microfinance bank.
