(A case of Federal Medical Center, Niger State). The purpose here is to investigate and identify factors responsible for the current state of affairs and seek to find a practical solution for lack of staff motivation and job performance. The research design surveys comprise of opinions, impressions and perceptions of the respondents. The sampling technique was simple random sampling and proportionate stratified random sampling. In sampling opinion to collect data, the questionnaire was used. In all, a population of 250 staff of Federal Medical Center Bidacomprising, top management middle management and the junior staff was administered the questionnaire. The researcher recommends that the management of Federal Medical Center Bidashould try as much as possible to increase the satisfaction of the employees who are not satisfied with salaries they are given to increase their inputs in the organization.
