Abstract
The impact of employee participation in decision making on the organization's productivity is what is been looked at in this study. It is the process of choosing from among alternative courses of action. Decision making is a major responsibility of all administrations. As we all know, that decision making makes any organization either fail or succeed and so in other to achieve the organization goal, a good and careful decision is necessary. The information gathered for this study was gotten from the data given out in the form of questionnaires which was responded to and was collected and analyzed and interpreted by a means of a simple percentage. A major fining of the study was that there is regular decision making. It was also observed from the study that decision making in the public office is the effort of the employee of the organization and the government. The decision-making process of the public service should be considered very important because it gives a sense of direction to the organization. ...
