The aim of this research is to examine the impact of lack of access to finance the growth of small scale businesses in Bida Local Government area. For every business organization aim to make and maximize profit, access to finance needed for business growth cannot be overemphasized. In the course of carrying out this research work, statement of objectives and hypothesis were given by the researcher, both primary and secondary sources of data were used in the study. The responses from the questionnaire were presented and analyzed using (SPSS) tables and percentages to present data. A statistical model called the chi-square was used to test hypothesis summary and conclusion were discussed.
