Unemployment in Nigeria rose in the early’80s where many Nigerian graduates were seriously in search of employment for their means of living. Unemployment today has caused a lot of social evils such as poverty, increase in dependants, social disorderliness, increase in crime rate, separation of homes etc. The study, therefore, consists of the official workers of National Principle of employment and the trainers employed by the government. Questionnaire is used as the main instrument for data collection. This study thereby recommended that a large variety of plans for expanding employment opportunities for people particularly in cities and villages should be developed by federal and state government.
