The main objective of this research work is to determine the effect of monetary and non-monetary compensation on employee’s performance in Federal Medical Centre Bida. This end, a descriptive method of data analysis was employed for this study, which necessitates the use of questionnaire as a research instrument designed to spot information from the respondents under the primary source of data. The questionnaire returned (105 questionnaires) by the staff of the Federal Medical Centre Bida was critically analyzed using table and percentage methods. The Hypothesis formulated for this study was tested using statistical package for social science (SPSS) to run a descriptive analysis for this study and conclusion were arrived at. The major findings from this research work reveal that staff in the Federal Medical Centre, Bida branch are highly satisfied with the organization incentives. From the conclusion, it has been found that there is a significant relationship between monetary compensation and non-compensation strategies with employee performance.
