In carrying out this work, relevant research questions were given as rendering assumption relevant literature were reviewed with the aim of authenticating the issues under study. The researcher used survey design for the project layout on respondents for data collection (questionnaire). The responses of the respondent were analyzed using table and percentage. Actually, the result of the findings showed that strike is inevitable in any organization. This is true because it aims at achieving worker''s demand from the management so as to promote and defend their employment and ensuring job security.
