The purpose of this study is to find a possible solution to the problems encountered between restaurants and staff. The answer to these questions would bring about some of the solutions to the problems. Data used were collected through the use of personal interviews and questionnaires were analyzed based on percentage% difference and parts. The questionnaire which was a trial test of ten (10) staff based on stratified random sampling was used to develop a practical examination of the project topic, the importance of the interpersonal relationship between restaurant and kitchen staff and this is a major instrument used in the course of research.
