Examine whether incentive policies do improve worker’s productivity. Determine whether money has served as a means of motivating employees in the company, To determine whether an increase in pay does affect workers' performance. Data for the work was gathered from both primary and secondary sources. The population under study is 594 administrative staff from which 239 respondents were sampled using Yaro Yamane’s formula. Hypothesis were formulated and tested using chi-square. The findings among others revealed that incentives have positive impacts on workers of Dangote Cement Company, Obajana.
