The main objective is to verify whether or not human capital development brings about profitability increase and ascertain whether the organization embarks on human capital development. The methods of data collection were primary and secondary data. Out of 70 staff, 67 questionnairse were randomly selected and distributed to the organization, 60 of the questionnaire were retrieved, 7 questionnaires were not returned. It was discovered that human capital development can lead to accomplishment and an increase in the level of productivity of the organization.
