Human factors affecting employee performance in organizational productivity - a case study of Rain Oil Depot, Oghara

The influence of human factors has been argued to be effective in promoting organization performance. This study examined the possible human factors affecting the organizational productivity as related to workers in Nigerian organization. The study was designed to examine the human factors influence in Rain Oil Depot Oghareki. Using a sample of 69 staff to which questionnaires were administered to. The result of the study reported that if employees earn adequate compensation, they will tend to perform better and that employees’ years of experience, job posting and workers’ training are effective factors capable of influencing employee’s productivity in an organization. Generally, the study concluded that employee productivity can be influenced by human relation. It was therefore recommended that the issues of adequate training should be addressed by the human resource management team to ensure efficiency in job delivery....
