Abstract
In this study, the use of multiple binary logistic model to examine human factors affecting organization performance. Using a well-structured questionnaire, 70 staff were examined with the fitting of the logistic model. The result of the fitted model indicated that work stress and compensation plan were the only significant human factors affecting employee performance in an organization among job posting, selection process, training, periodic evaluation and leadership style. Furthermore, the odds ratio of compensation plan increasing organizational productivity was found to be 1.036 times higher than the odds of them performing poor with good compensation plan. It was concluded and recommended thus that Based on the findings of this study, the researcher conclude that if employees earn adequate compensation, they will tend to perform better, coupled with specific description of job role to avoid work stress in order to maximize their output which will affect the overall performance of the organization....
