Motivation is important because it ginger students to put in their best. Schools use incentives to encourage students to contribute toward effective output. The objective of the study is to determine the effect of incentives and other motivating tools for business students to learn. The primary and secondary methods of data collection were used, while the simple percentage and mean score were used as method of data analysis. It was discovered that motivational theories are used by management of the selected schools. It was also discovered that student are motivated by promotion and other incentives. The conclusion of the study was that for schools to motivate their students, they must identify their needs.
