The existing process of troubleshooting electrical appliances is being operated manually and due to this procedure, numerous problems are been encountered in time of troubleshooting electrical appliances with the manual system. A lot of problems arise with the manual system e.g when technician support is unavailable when we are in a hurry when the distance to technician location is far when technician diagnosis wrongly e.t.c. These are the following problems encounters with the existing system. The new system will perform the following. It will conclude its diagnosis based on answers of the users to specific questions posed by the system to the user, It provides features to take the user opinion on the following: does the use agree with the diagnosis of the system, Does the user disagree with the system’s diagnosis e.t.c. A design was taken to computerized the manual process in order to solve this problem. This new system was designed using android framework design tools (Android studio). This tool was chosen because of its simplicity and it is the best tool for developing mobile applications.
